I am a pregnant woman. What should I do if I feel unwell?▾
Call 0800-722-023 immediately. Do not wait. This line is free from any mobile network or landline, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An ambulance will be dispatched or you will receive immediate advice on the nearest facility.
I am a health worker. How do I notify a maternal death?▾
Use PROMPTS — SMS to 40202 (free) or WhatsApp 0712 345 678 within 1 hour of the death. Include: facility name, county, mother's age, date of death, cause if known, and newborn outcome. This triggers a review within 24 hours.
I am a county official. How do I access the RRI dashboard?▾
Contact the RRI secretariat at dashboard@ewene.go.ke for secure credentials. The public-facing dashboard is available without login directly from this website.
I want to donate. How?▾
We are finalising a secure last-mile fund platform for public contributions. In the meantime, email partnerships@ewene.go.ke to discuss direct contributions.

Email complaints@ewene.go.ke or call the ethics hotline: 0800-722-023. Anonymous reporting is available. All complaints are reviewed by the Ministry of Health quality assurance unit and you will receive a reference number.
